The Vendor registration deadline is April 20, 2026.

Merchant: $125 per space, add $30 for electricity

Food Service: $225 per space, add $30 for electricity

NonProfit: $45 per space, add $30 for electricity

Vendor spaces are assigned, approved and confirmed by the Vendor Coordinator. Each basic vendor space is 12 feet by 12 feet in dimension; if a vendor requires more than this allotment, an additional space must be reserved. Vendors registering prior to April 19, 2025, may express a preference for a general location within the event area, in which case the Vendor Coordinator will make every reasonable attempt to fulfill the request. Spaces with electricity are limited and cost an additional $30 pe space. Generator use may be permitted with approval by the Vendor Coordinator.
